IFE 2025 Preview: Same Great Show with Some Exciting Additions

The International Fastener Expo (IFE) is gearing up for a highly anticipated 2025 show, scheduled for September 15-17, 2025, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Halls E & F, in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

IFE is the premier business-to-business trade show for all types of fasteners, machinery & tooling, and other industrial products. As the largest fastener event in North America, IFE caters to every level of the supply chain. Held annually in Las Vegas, Nevada, the event consists of a comprehensive educational program and a diverse show floor with hundreds of exhibitors from around the world.

Each year, thousands of attendees travel to North America’s #1 trade show city, Las Vegas, Nevada, to network and do business with hundreds of suppliers showcasing every type of fastener for several industries, including construction, aerospace, military, electrical, and automotive. Featuring hundreds of exhibitors from 13 different countries (as of June 30), the Expo Hall will provide attendees with a dynamic and diverse experience as they network and mingle through the aisles with everything from industry giants, small businesses, and everything in between. The Expo Hall will be open on September 16 from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and September 17 from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m., giving attendees plenty of time to visit booths, network, and attend educational sessions provided by industry experts.

IFE is always looking for new ways to attract new attendees while maintaining its “must attend” status for its returning crowd. Monday, September 15, from 1-4:30 p.m., IFE’s new Conference Day will be taking place as a way for attendees to fit in some educational sessions before the bustling show floor opens. Conference Day will feature three different, one-hour sessions on highly anticipated topics: Artificial Intelligence (AI) transforming the industry, preventing costly downtime/failures, and the state of the Fastener Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) market. Attendees can start their day off at the IFE 2025 Golf Tournament, then make a Conference Day session or two, and end the night at the Welcome Party starting at 6 p.m. Each session is $39 and will feature important insight from industry experts and highly qualified individuals looking to educate attendees and set them up for success. This year, IFE is excited to reintroduce the BYOD (Bring Your Own Distributor) Program! Monday, September 15 features the IFE 2025 Golf Tournament at Bali Hai Golf Club, a full-day training class hosted by Fastener Training Institute (FTI), Conference Day sessions, and the iconic Welcome Party hosted at the Daylight Pool at Mandalay Bay. Attendees can visit the Fastener Hall of Fame/Young Fastener Professional Award Ceremony on Tuesday, September 16 and then end Expo Day 1 in style by heading to Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar’s outdoor patio for the IFE After Dark Official Networking Event running from 8-10 p.m. And the highly anticipated two-hour Jackpot Marketing Workshop, hosted by Rosa Hearn of Brighton-Best and Joe Shoemaker of AFC Industries, will be returning for the second year on Wednesday, September 17 from 8-10 a.m. All events mentioned require pre-registration and may require additional fees, so please head to registration to boost your network game!

One of the driving forces behind IFE is its expansive educational program designed to equip attendees with valuable information on the fastener industry, such as emerging technology to combat supply chain issues or business operations to ensure success within your company. As senior director of International Trade & Government Relations at Sandler, Travis & Rosenburg, P.A., Steiner has more than two decades of public policy and international trade and development experience under his belt, as well as consulting a diverse client base, including private industry and trade associations on trade, customs policy, and operational matters regarding tariffs and tariff exclusions. Attendees can expect to learn how to maintain a competitive edge and mitigate risks during this constantly shifting, dynamic global trade environment, so you won’t want to miss it.

Attendees can also look forward to the return of IFE’s Fireside Chat Lounge, which will feature multiple sessions across Day 1 and 2 of the Expo. Designed with attendees in mind, this location encourages attendee engagement and allows for interactive talks between speakers and their audience, creating a more informal yet dynamic educational space. Toby Anderson, chair of the ASTM F16 Fastener Committee, will be returning for his “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) Session alongside Kevin Menke of Fastenal, in the Fireside Chat Lounge on Tuesday, September 16 from 10:15-10:35 a.m., and answering all questions about ASTM and ASME standards, while providing a raffle for a chance to win the latest IFI Fastener Book and an ASTM Membership.
