GradeEight Acquires Bolt & Screw Supply, Expanding Midwest Distribution Footprint

GradeEight announced it has acquired Bolt & Screw Supply, a respected fastener and industrial supply distributor serving customers across the Midwest.

Bolt & Screw Supply will continue to operate independently under its existing name, maintaining its current leadership team, employees, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations.

The acquisition expands GradeEight’s brick-and-mortar and distribution presence in the Midwest, bringing inventory closer to customers and strengthening service levels across the region.
