LindFast Solutions Group Appoints Nick Jones as Chief Financial Officer

LindFast Solutions Group, a Nautic Partners portfolio company and a leading provider of fasteners, wire and cable, and adhesive solutions, announced the appointment of Nick Jones as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Jones will report directly to Mike Spencer, chief executive officer of LindFast Solutions Group, and will oversee the company’s global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and investor relations.

“Nick brings exceptional financial discipline, strategic insight, and operational experience at a pivotal moment for our company,” Spencer said. “His track record of driving profitable growth, strengthening financial processes, and supporting scalable operations will be instrumental as we continue to expand our platform and execute our long-term strategy.”

Jones joins LindFast Solutions Group with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across large, complex organizations, most recently serving as chief financial officer of Iron Sheepdog, a fintech logistics platform. In that role, he led company-wide finance operations, enhanced reporting and planning capabilities, and supported strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to Iron Sheepdog, Jones spent nearly 21 years at Ferguson Enterprises, where he held a series of senior finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility. His experience included serving as senior director of finance – U.S., with P&L responsibility across multiple customer groups where he supported strategic direction, performance management, and merger and acquisition activity.
