Lindfast Solutions Group Announces Promotion of Freddy Barr to Vice President of Stelfast

Lindfast Solutions Group (LSG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Freddy Barr to vice president of Stelfast, effective immediately. Freddy brings nearly three decades of experience in the fastener industry, defined by consistent growth, deep market knowledge, and long-standing customer relationships.

Freddy began his career in 1995 and joined Stelfast in 2009 as branch manager. Over the past 16 years, Freddy has played an integral role in the company’s growth, contributing to key strategic initiatives and helping strengthen Stelfast’s reputation as a premier brand in the market. Most recently, serving as regional sales manager for Stelfast New Jersey and Merco, Freddy has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to customers and team development. His ability to build trust both internally and across the fastener industry has been a hallmark of his career.

This promotion reflects Freddy’s significant contributions to the business and the confidence he has earned throughout the organization. In his new role, Freddy will focus on driving growth, supporting teams, and helping shape the future of Stelfast, Merco, and the broader Lindfast Solutions Group portfolio.
