Lindfast Solutions Group Purchases Big Bolt LLC

I am pleased to announce that LindFast Solutions Group (LSG) has completed the purchase of Big Bolt LLC. Big Bolt is a leading domestic manufacturer of specialty fasteners and is an end-to-end solution provider with unmatched product quality and industry leading turnaround times.  We are excited to welcome the Big Bolt team to LSG and are confident that together we will continue to offer our customers unparalleled service, quality, and product availability.

Similar to our Mega business unit, Big Bolt is a leading provider of high quality, specialty fasteners serving distributor customers across diverse markets. With a focus on quick turnaround times, comprehensive in-house fabrication capabilities, and unmatched product quality, Big Bolt is the go-to supplier for highly customized, low volume orders and more. Leveraging LSG’s significant base of fastener expertise, salesforce experience, inventory, and physical locations across North America, we look forward to expanding Big Bolt’s ability to serve our collective customers. We are confident this combination is very powerful and continues to establish LSG as the provider of choice for all fastener needs, focused on creating value for our customers, suppliers, employees, and all stakeholders.

Our goal is to maintain the strong Big Bolt brand and their relationships with customers. As a result, very little on the front end/customer-facing aspects of the business will change in the near future. We will be working to integrate some of the non-customer-facing aspects of their business into ours over time, including: HR and benefits, finance, accounting, purchasing, and IT. Big Bolt will remain on their existing ERP system.
