AFC Industries Acquires White Distribution and Supply

AFC Industries has acquired Muscatine, Iowa-based White Distribution and Supply (White
Distribution & Supply, LLC; whds.com). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
For more than 26 years, White Distribution and Supply (WDS) has been providing a broad range
of products, inventory management, and LEAN solutions to a broad range of customers who are
themselves leaders in their respective markets.
