International Fastener Week Schedule Announced

Wednesday, October 7
Golf Tournament
7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Kick off IFE week on the course alongside customers, prospects, and industry peers. The annual Golf Tournament remains one of the show’s most popular networking traditions and offers sponsors a unique opportunity to engage in a casual setting before the Expo begins.
International Fastener & Supply Association (IFAS)
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Industry professionals gather for a full day of association programming, education, and networking before the Expo officially opens.
IFE Welcome Party at The Churchill
5 – 8 p.m.
Located in Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row Arts District, just a 15-minute walk from the Phoenix Convention Center, the IFE Welcome Party is where exhibitors, attendees, and industry partners come together before opening day to reconnect and make new connections.
Admission is $25 per person and includes one drink ticket (beer, wine, or cocktail) and one dinner ticket. Golf Tournament and IFAS participants receive complimentary admission.
Attendance is limited to 800 guests.

Opening Day of the International Fastener Expo
The Expo officially opens, bringing thousands of industry professionals together for two days of sourcing, education, and networking.
Fastener Fest
Networking Happy Hour
3 – 4 p.m. on the Expo Floor
New this year, Fastener Fest transforms the final hour of Opening Day into a networking happy hour across the exhibit hall. Enjoy sponsored in-booth bars, food stations, and gathering spaces while conversations continue in a relaxed atmosphere designed to keep traffic flowing throughout the floor.
After Dark Party at Sazerac
8 – 10 p.m.
Continue the conversations after the show at the Sazerac, IFE’s official after-hours networking party. This evening event gives exhibitors and attendees another opportunity to connect in a lively atmosphere away from the exhibit hall.
