Closing date for space reservations and camera-ready art is as follows:
January/February 2008	December 3, 2007
March/April 2008	January 25, 2008
May/June 2008	March 14, 2008
July/August 2008	May 30, 2008
September/October 2008	July 25, 2008
November/December 2008	September 12, 2008
January/February 2009	December 5, 2008
Closing date for ads requiring production is five working days before the above closing date. Ad cancellations are not accepted after closing dates listed above. Cancellations on covers will not be accepted after the first of the month four months preceding cover date. Previous ads will be repeated according to contract or insertion order when new material is not received by deadline.
